Will I get a refund of my delivery charges?

Shipping charges are not refunded for reasons other than Orders cancelled before dispatch or products Out of Stock.
Once an order is dispatched, the shipping charges are paid to the shipping partner and are non-refundable.
Therefore, the actual refund value (if approved) will be the total amount paid minus shipping fees (in case of damage or defect we can exchange & replace the order, however in case the exchange or replacement is still unsatisfactory, we will proceed as per default refund rule).
Additional penalty may apply if proof of damage &/ unfair reason for return is found.
