We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more.

All Returned orders/ shipments are called "Return to Origin" (RTO). We have 3 types of Returns, namely Replacement, Exchange & Refund. Just reach out to us at [email protected] with relevant details & pictures within 2 days from delivery.


Since we are working on tight budgets & with vendors with little to no means, we will not be able to accept any requests after the return window.


Once we receive your request, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and positively in its original packaging and price tags. The warehouse will then conduct a quality check and give us a go-ahead. 


Replacements, Exchanges, or Refunds are processed only after the warehouse gives us a confirmation.

a. Replacement: In case of any damage, defect, or wrong product delivered, we will be glad to replace the problematic item.

b. Exchange: If you would like to request an Exchange in case of a “Liking” or "Misunderstanding" issue, we can provide you with an exchange. However, a second exchange will not be possible.

c. Refund: We request you to not insist on refunds unless the product is out of stock or not dispatched yet. We prioritize Exchanges & Replacements over Refunds, given the limitations our artisans/small business work with.


However, if you do insist, we can consult with the concerned person and approve the refund. In such a case, we will not be able to refund the shipping fees. Additional penalty may apply if proof of damage &/ unfair reason for return is found.

DISCLAIMER:

Merchandise bought at a discount is considered a final sale and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping companies do not take responsibility for damage during transit, hence please make sure you pack the products securely & share a video of the return packaging at [email protected]


In case a product is returned to us in a damaged state, we will not be able to process your request further and consider the case closed."
