How can I return my order?

Please get in touch with us at +91 81001 30033 or [email protected] within the applicable return window.


We will arrange for a return pick up immediately, once we receive the return at the warehouse we will conduct a QC. If the product is returned to us in the same condition as in the picture that you have shared and with all original packaging & tags etc, we will send you a fresh piece.


Our Artisans & small businesses work really hard and would love for you to enjoy your purchase, so if you insist on a refund, we will have to check with them before we can give you a response. Please note, that we are running a tight ship and will not be able to afford to refund the delivery charge too.


We will not be able to honour any requests without photo/video proof and beyond the return window.

Please remember, that we do not process returns if the order/product is not returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received by you.


Additional penalty may apply if proof of damage &/or unfair reason for return is found.
