What do I do if my order is delivered to me in damaged packaging?

If your order packaging/box has been damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and the courier personnel will have to return it to us with all of the original packaging intact.


In case the packaging was unharmed yet you received a defective/damaged product take pictures or videos immediately. Retain the original packaging and inform us at +91 85850 30543 or [email protected] immediately. Please note the intimation window for such issues is 24hrs from Delivery only.


We will arrange for a return pick up immediately, once we receive the return at the warehouse we will conduct a QC. If the product is returned to us in the same condition as in the picture that you have shared and with all original packaging & tags etc, we will send you a fresh piece.


Our Artisans & small businesses work really hard and would love for you to enjoy your purchase, so if you insist on a refund, we will have to check with them before we can give you a response. Please note, that we are running a tight ship and will not be able to afford to refund the delivery charge too.


We will not be able to honour any requests without photo/video proof and beyond the return window.

Please remember, we do not process returns if the order/product is not returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received by you.


Additional penalty may apply if proof of damage &/ unfair reason for return is found.
