How can I track my order?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. 


We share an email & WhatsApp with the tracking details as soon as our shipping partners update it. All you need to do is click on the link and track the journey of your order in real time!

Alternatively, you can also log in to your account and track your order in the My Account or Contact Us section to know your order.

Sometimes these emails get sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!
