How do you process a maintenance request?

Once a product is received, our maintenance team will evaluate it to determine the necessary maintenance procedures. 

If the product can be repaired, our team will repair it and return it to the customer as quickly as possible. 

If the product cannot be repaired, we will contact the customer to discuss other options.
